Babbles Nest provides pediatric therapy and adult care services, including but not limited to:

4. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations, & Refund Policy
To ensure efficient care and scheduling for all families, we enforce strict operational guidelines:
- Booking & Attendance: Clients are requested to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to scheduled session times. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration without fee adjustment.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify Babbles Nest at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.
- Missed Sessions & Fees: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session charge.
- Refunds: Payments made for completed assessment sessions or individual therapy sessions are non-refundable. Monthly or package payment refund terms, if applicable, are governed by the specific intake agreement signed at our center.
5. Parental Participation & Safety
- Parent Involvement: Active parent/guardian involvement in home programs and training sessions is integral to therapeutic progress.
- Safety Protocols: Parents/guardians must supervise children in waiting areas and common spaces at our Indiranagar center. Babbles Nest is dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for all children and staff. Any disruptive or abusive behavior towards therapists or other clients will lead to immediate termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, therapy guides, and website design—is the exclusive property of Babbles Nest and is protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
